Apple Orchards
Just to the East of us & a very short but scenic drive, are several apple orchards. In the 3 years that we have lived here, we have never been to any, so one Friday afternoon not too long ago, hubby & I decided to pay them a visit.
Yes, I am bad about taking pictures as we are in the car! Excuse the dirty windshield!
It would have been more fun if we had some little ones in tow...but nonetheless we had a fun time seeing what it was all about.
We didn't go out & pick any apples.We didn't even buy any apples! We did buy something from each place though.
A couple of canned & jar items, an apple cookie (my favorite!), a slice of caramel apple pie that we shared, some apple donuts & an apple fritter.
It's always fun just getting out & driving & exploring!

Oh what a wonderful place! But no apples !!! ha..you are too much...how can you go through those trees and smell them..and not want them! Glad you have a good time..looks like an adorable place...love the name too..:) hugs and love..Lee
oh i wish we had been there with you! isla would've loved it as would i since i adore apples! and lovely scenery! nice! man,that would've been so fun! i do adore apples. i used to have like 3 each day when we were living in nashville.

Not too big on Apples unless they are in a pie.
