  • Yes, I love my camera!

I can't believe that I have not posted this month. WHERE is the time flying to? It seems like I say that in every post now a days.  I have been keeping up with all of you...or the few of you who are left over here.  I am spending more & more time of Facebook....I have gotten sucked up into some of those fun games over there. Between that & all of my normal day to day things I just run out of daytime too quickly. Hubby hasn't been traveling much here lately either, so I am not getting online in the evenings either. My family is my first priority & usually when they are home, I try to spend time with them.

We have an upcoming 3 day road trip coming up. Daughter's birthday is Friday & her & hubby both took off work & we are making our way up to Bayfield, WI with a lot of stops along the way. Also will probably go to Superior...it is all for & about daughter, so will be fun.

I meant to post this news article several days ago. We just had a 9-9-09 date & this was in the paper which I found very cool.

Baby born at 9:09 on 9/9/09 weighs 9 lbs., 9 oz.
Laughter erupted in hospital room when nurse announced significant digits

LA CROSSE, Wis. - No doubt about it, the nines have it. Chuck Berendes of La Crosse said he will never forget the birthday of his third child, born Wednesday on the ninth day of the ninth month in the year 2009.
Nor will Berendes and his wife, Polly, forget Henry Michael's arrival time — at 9:09 a.m. by Cesarean section at Franciscan Skemp Medical Center in La Crosse.
But they got the biggest laugh when the newborn was placed on the delivery room scale following his birth.
Berendes said it was metric scale so the doctor did the math in his head, but to make sure, he had the nurse also do the conversion.
Berendes said they broke into laughter when the nurse told them Henry weighed 9 pounds, 9 ounces.

You just know that there is something special about him!

The weather here has been just absolutely beautiful. The leaves are already changing color here too. I believe that I have decided that Fall is going to be my new favorite season.
Of course, I think that a friend of mine just recently summed it up pretty accurately by saying that each season is special in its own way. They each have something wonderful to offer. They also have bad or unpleasant things that come along with them. But doesn't everything?  There is always the changing & the anticipating. The different holidays that each season has. The weather that each offers. The changes in Mother Nature. Anyway...I'm am enjoying the fall we have already started here. Then I will embrace the winter.

Speaking of winter...I will now be prepared for the Wisconsin winter roads...hubby yet again spoiled me and bought me a 2010 Ford Escape. It has automatic 4 wheel drive. I love it!  Some of you who are on FB have already seen this picture...but I still have some friends over here who haven't....

If you are still here with me...God bless you! lol...

Last night we went to a dinner theater. We have been wanting to check this place out for a while now. We had a great time. I will wait to post those pictures in my next blog! lol... On our way out though to go there, it was just 5:30 and we pull out of our driveway onto the road and guess what we see up ahead of us standing on the side of the road?
A bear! I don't believe that I still freak out so bad when I see them. But you just don't expect to see them at 5:30 standing on the road in the sunshine! lol...I fumbled for my camera which was in my purse & of course by this time he is crossing the road & going into the woods.  This is a horrible picture, but you can just bearly (<haha..pun intended!) see him or actually I think her as she wasn't very big...but look on the right side in the grass just beyond the shadows...you can see the black mass...that's her

    2010

I was just talking to a friend of mine saying that I haven't seen hardly any wildlife here lately & she specifically had asked about bears.
Then here it is the next day & I see one.  That makes 5 now that I have seen since I moved here, not including the pictures of the ones that we got on our game camera!
OK my friends & you are truly friends to put up with my long posts even though they are infrequent! But I will say goodbye for now.
I hope you all enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

y'all take care now, ya hear!
    116
    bye bye!

  • Hello all. There is definitely a feeling of fall in the air here. Yesterday was downright cold though & cloudy & dreary. Today is an absolutely gorgeous day with the exception of the wind.
It was only 42 degrees this morning! brrrr.... but it is now a sunny 63 outside.
Daughter is at work & hubby has been doing chores all day.  I figured that I will do s quick post.

I have been so frustrated these last few days.  This brand new computer of mine started crashing on Wednesday. Every time that I would close the lid it would crash. Then by the next day it was crashing while I would be on it. Hubby & daughter both have Dells & have never had a problem with them, so I guess I am the black sheep of the family!
It is extremely frustrating having to deal with customer service & support, both online & over the telephone.  Hubby finally took control yesterday & finally got someone who seemed to know what they were doing. It took half of the day on the telephone with Dell, and my computer was stripped down. EVERYTHING was taken off of it....thank goodness that I had posted my pictures here because they are now gone fromt he computer. Evidently...there may have been a virus on here...but who really knows. All that I know right now is that everything seems to be working ok & it hasn't crashed since we have done the "repairs" & changes. So please keep your fingers crossed for me.

We also went to the Ford dealerships around here yesterday. All two of them! lol...I have got to get a different vehicle before winter comes. I kind of hate it because I do love my car, but then again, I need to have something that handles better in the snow. We are going to get an Escape. I really don't care what I drive as long as it is dependable.lol.  There are no 2009's available so we will have to get a 2010.  They found 1 that was in transit with the options that I want but couldn't track it down for sure, so I should find out tomorrow about it.

There are a few things (ideas) that I found in my new Fall  Gooseberry Patch magazine, that I want to note on here  to refer back to & also thought that you may enjoy reading some...

~ share a little crock of maple butter with a friend. Blend 2 tablespoons maple syrup and a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice into a stick of softened butter.

~ Greet visitors with a charming homespun wreath on the door. Simply tear checked fabric in golds & browns into strips & tie onto a grapevine wreath.

~Keep a ball of kitchen string right where you need it...simply drop it into a small teapot and pull out the end of the string through the spout.

~A pretty glass biscuit jar isn't just for holding cookies or crackers...fill it with crisp bread sticks or pretzel rods to serve with soup.

~Dip the rim of a mug into melted chocolate, then quickly dip the rim in crushed peppermints.  Fill with creamy cocoa and marshmallows.

~Candy cane-style napkin rings that are so simple...twist together red & white pipe cleaners and slip napkins inside.

~ A scoop of peppermint ice cream is yummy snadwiched between 2 sugar cookies...dessert in no time!

~ a toy-size little red wagon filled with seasonal flowers makes a nostalgic, farmhouse centerpiece.

~ A pillar candle surrounded by a ring of candy canes will add a cheerful look to any room.  Keep the candy canes in place with a rubber band hidden by a ribbon tied in a bow.

~ For a clever gift "bag" tuck goodies inside a pair of woolly mittens.

~Create a  Thanksgiving centerpiece in a snap. Hot glue ears of mini Indian corn around a terra cotta pot and set a vase of orange or yellow mums in the center.

~ Vintage Mason jars filled with old-fashioned sweets like hard candies and gumdrops make thoughtful gifts.
Cover the jar lids with a piece of fabric cut with pinking shears and tied on with a pretty ribbon.

OK guys...time to sign off....I hope you all enjoy the rest of your Sunday & have a great new week.

Just a quick hello ...just wanting to check in.

Not a whole lot going on here.

Hubby is in Minnesota. He had an awards banquet last night to go to. He called me when he got there to tell me that the owner of this company is personal friends with Ted Nugent & that Ted was there as a special guest! I thought that was pretty cool.  He didn't get an autograph, but did get a little bit of him on video on his blackberry playing the national anthem.

We had storms come in early this morning & then it rained most of the day today. Then it turned very humid. It is pretty pleasant out now at 77 degrees. We are suppose to have a cool front come in & it will drop to 50 & then tomorrow's high is only going to be 75.

Sad that about all I have to talk about is the weather! lol... I don't know if that is a good or a bad thing!

A couple of pictures to share...

We did go out for a few hours on Sunday &  get in a little bit of fishing. Went close to the house though, out on the Chippewa River. Totally got skunked. I didn't have as much as a bite. But it was nice to get out on the water & enjoy some of the nice weather.

Just a goofy shot of daughter while she was snuggling Possey....

I was so excited to finally see some little peppers on my jalapeno pepper plant!....

here is the latest puzzle that daughter & I have done.  It is now glued together & in her room.

    001

That's it! haha...now just passing time until Big Brother comes on...that is the only television that I have watched this summer & I am shamefully addicted to it!

  • Photos

I have 2 new photo albums.

One is from an afternoon with daughter in Chippewa Falls & the other is nature from my yard.
I have no idea how to get a link for them? Shows how often I do this!
So to get to them just go to my front page, click the "photos" link then when that page loads you will see "recent albums" on the right hand side. "This & That" & "Afternoon with daughter" are the 2 newest ones.
Just click on them & then you can view the pics one by one to also see any comments.  (sorry, for being so explanatory, but this is mainly for my mom who doesn't do this often! lol)

I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. It is actually a beautiful day here today & suppose to be tomorrow as well.
Hubby is out doing work errands right now, but hopefully we will get to do something outdoors when he gets home.

I will be visiting you all off & on this weekend.

  •

Off to another rainy start this morning, but my Okie friends have really had their share of rain!

Either the editor over here has changed, or it is just because this is the first entry that I am actually doing on my new computer?
I like it though!  I like this font that I am using...of course, some of you may not see it this way if you don't have it on your computer.
    It is called Seqoe Script.

It doesn't take too long anymore to get caught up here on Xanga. There are very few people who post on a regular basis anymore.
I am one of the slackers!

We actually got to go out for a few hours on Saturday & finally do some fishing!  We had a great time. Tried yet another new lake. Caught several fish. Heard & saw a loon. I love the sounds of those! It was just great being out on the water again. We have not had many of those opportunities this summer.

Daughter has had a weird schedule this week & is having to work the weekend, so she had yesterday & today off.  It is fun having her around. We have so much fun together, no matter what we do! Yesterday we just had a lazy fun day. I have now seen all 3 of the High School Musical movies! lol..I really enjoyed them!  Then last night we watched the Hannah Montana movie! haha...it was cute. We have to do all of these things when hubby is gone, so we are taking advantage of his couple of days away!

The rain has stopped temporarily & I am watching the birds go crazy outside eating on the berries! There are tons of them  (both birds & berries!)
The apples are all getting really red on the trees. I have never had apple trees before. I don't know if I am suppose to wait for them to fall from the tree or am I suppose to try to get them out myself? lol...of course, I can't reach most of them, so I guess they will fall when they are ready.

I have another recipe I must share with you... well, 2 really....

This first one came out of that 5 ingredients or less magazine that I am just loving! Everyone went crazy over these & they are so "summery" tasting! lol.

    Strawberry Cookies
(can also substitute lemon cake mix in place of the strawberry)
    makes about 5 dozen

    1 package strawberry cake mix
    1 egg, lightly beaten
1 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
    2 cups confectioners' sugar

In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg and whipped topping until well combined.
Place confectioners' sugar in a shallow dish.
Drop dough by tablespoonful into sugar; turn to coat.
Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
Remove to wire racks to cool.

mmm...they are so fruity & light & fluffy. VERY good and SO easy!

OK...this next really isn't a "recipe" but I will make it into one as much as I can.
It is very versatile, just use the flavors that you are in the mood for or that you like.

    Stuffed Chicken Breasts

1 boneless, skinless Chicken breast per person.
Cut almost in half, but not quite...create a "pocket"
Make a "stuffing" to fill the pocket...here is where you can get creative...
I was in the mood for "Italian"...so I used basil pesto, some extra fresh basil leaves garlic, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese...(cu.t all up very fine or put in a blender or processor) you are only making enough to "stuff" the breasts, so just measure accordingly.
Add some olive oil if necessary to moisten. Add fresh ground pepper & salt if you wish.
Place the "stuffing" inside the pocket, being careful not to overfill.
I then put in a  slice of mozzarella cheese.
Close up the slit by folding flap over or use a toothpick to hold together if needed.
Place in a casserole dish.  I then sprinkled an Italian herb/garlic spice blend on the chicken & drizzled with olive oil.
Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, uncovering for the last 15 minutes.

    It was absolutely delicious.
You can try stuffing with honey mustard, bacon, ham, cheddar cheese...you get the picture...just don't overdo it on the stuffing or the flavors.

I have so many pictures to share with y'all. I think that I am going to make an album on here though for you to see them that way instead of overloading into posts.  They are uploaded on my computer but not here to Xanga yet, so I will submit this & then work on getting an album set up.

Before I say goodbye I do want to share something that I got from a friend in an email. I just loved it!

THIS IS OUR STORY AND WE ARE STICKING TO IT.........................
Recently, in a large city, a poster featuring a young, thin and tan woman appeared in the window of a gym. It said:

THIS SUMMER DO YOU WANT TO BE A MERMAID OR A WHALE?

A middle aged woman, whose physical characteristics did not match those of the woman on the poster, responded publicly to the question posed by the gym.

    To Whom It May Concern:

Whales are always surrounded by friends (dolphins, sea lions, curious humans). They have an active sex life, they get pregnant and have adorable baby whales. They have a wonderful time with dolphins stuffing themselves with shrimp. They play and swim in the seas, seeing wonderful places like Patagonia, the Barren Sea and the coral reefs of Polynesia . Whales are wonderful singers and have even recorded CDs. They are incredible creatures and virtually have no predators other than humans. They are loved, protected and admired by almost everyone in the world.

Mermaids don't exist. If they did exist, they would be lining up outside the offices of Argentinean psychoanalysts due to identity crisis. Fish or human? They don't have a sex life because they kill men who get close to them not to mention how could they have sex? Therefore they do not have kids either. Not to mention who wants to get close to a girl who smells like a fish store? The choice is perfectly clear to me; I want to be a whale.

P.S. We are in an age when media puts into our heads the idea that only skinny people are beautiful, but I prefer to enjoy an ice cream with my kids, a good dinner with a man who makes me shiver and a drink with my friends. With time we gain weight because we accumulate so much information and wisdom in our heads that when there is no more room it distributes out to the rest of our bodies. So we aren't heavy, we are enormously cultured, educated and happy. Beginning today, when I look at my butt in the mirror I will think, "Good gosh, look how smart I am."

    ~ Zany

  • Hello all!  TGIF!!!
I hope everyone out in xangaland is doing well.

Hubby is shuttling back & forth between home & Minnesota these days. This is the super busy time  in pipeline construction.  At least he is close enough right now to where he can make it home every few days.

I got my new computer & absolutely love it.  I mostly just love being able to be mobile with it.
Yes, I have been going from room to room & to the deck to get on it! lol...I just LOVE that part of it.

I actually started this post yesterday & was going to finish it last night but we ended up with a heck of a storm & of course, we lost internet & even the satellite tv this time. So daughter & I ended up watching a couple of her movies instead.  High School Musical! lol... I had never seen it. After watching the first one, I wanted to see more, so we put in the 2nd one! haha...yep, hubby was away or we would not have been watching! So now I will watch the 3rd one next week when he is gone again!

Daughter had the day off yesterday so we had a "girls day out"! I am so blessed to be able to take those types of days & as many as I do! Thank you to my dear husband for giving me this ability!
We made a full day of it too! Shopping, picture taking, walking ~talking~ & laughing, ate lunch out at a new deli...just fun girl time. I love those times & I cherish them.

I want to get some of my pictures on here . I have had them uploaded for several days now  & just haven't gotten around to  getting a post up yet.

We had some big mushrooms pop up in one area of our yard after all of the rain & humidity.
Of course, I had to take pictures of them while I was out looking for the fairies!

    DSC00381

These first 2 were taken when I first noticed them popping up.

    DSC00388

The next day I was outside & saw how big they had gotten...
Start to the left of the front tree & follow the path of 'shrooms!

Some also lost their neon yellow color & changed their shape as they grew...

A couple more pictures I took while out in the yard...

I liked this angle of the apple trees

It is a battle trying to get the blackberries before the birds or those danged beetles!

I finally got a so ~ so shot of a bee & I love these cool looking wildflowers.

    I always love cloud pictures...

We have been shopping around for a dining room table for quite some time now.
For some reason, this has been the hardest piece of furniture to purchase.
We didn't want anything too ornate, or the wood wasn't right, or it wasn't solid wood...or...well you get the idea...

We finally found something with just plain, simple lines & that was solid wood.
Simple, yet sleek & it fit in well with the house.

    DSC00396
We have an additional 2 chairs that are on backorder...

I really like it...what do you all think?

    DSC00399

We were out driving around actually, heading to or from the furniture store & we were talking about something funny that had all of us laughing ...poor daughter was almost in tears & was trying to keep her makeup from running...

    DSC01767

This next shot is just too funny though...us girls can relate to this face!

    DSC01769
    Yep, that's Zany jr!

And bless this mans heart for putting up with both of us!

    DSC01770

He is due back home this evening, so I had best get off of this computer & clean house & go & buy some groceries! haha...yes, I have played hard the last few days while he has been gone!

I hope you all have a great weekend.
    Zany hugs to you all.

  • Just a quickie, as I have a few more pictures that I wanted to post that Cindy sent me from her camera. I don't like to do edits so figured that I would just do it this way.

haha...fun times...and NO, we did NOT drink the whole time! lol...It does kind of look that way though!
In fact, funny story... the day that she arrived, she got here around 1:30. She talked to her husband at 3:30 & he asked her if we were drunk yet! She said no, it is only 3:30 in the afternoon! Then I talked to my hubby around 4:30 and he asked the same exact thing! lol... do they think we are lushes or what?!!!

It rained the entire day yesterday & was just dark & gloomy out. Made for a very lazy day.
We had a really bad storm overnight & today it has been doing the same thing except that it has warmed up & also turned very humid.
In fact we are under a tornado watch until tonight & it is storming out now. We are also under a flash flood watch.

I best get this submitted while I still have internet. Yes, it has been going in & out. This darned satellite.

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend.

    Zany hugs to you all...

  • Meeting a fellow Xangan

Does anyone remember me? lol...I have gotten SO bad about blogging over here.
I do have some fun news though...I got to finally meet a fellow Xangan!!!
    I met Cindy aka wakeuplaughing.
She was just like she portrays herself online & we had a blast! I unfortunately don't have very many pictures.
She has some on her camera that I don't have though, so I will get some more.
Here we are the first night at dinner time....toasting to Xanga & friendships (and we did toast a "special" one for you Gill!)

    DSC00377
    DSC00376

I love this shot of her...
    DSC01705
It was taken inside the Leinie Lodge as she was sampling some of their brews...
There was a nice man there that took our picture together, but the one on my camera is all blurry so I am hoping that Cindy's turned out good on hers.

She was very impressed with how well I knew the area!   lol. .NOT!
I got lost trying to find this one place and I do have a GPS...but I couldn't figure out how to use it without entering an address...geeze! We both had a good laugh over my "zanyness" ...yes, I am calling it that & not my stupidity or senior moment!
We went to this park & walked around & talked & laughed. She actually brought nice weather with her when she came!
Of course, she left the state this morning & it is has been raining & cool outside, so she has taken it back with her. (Indian giver!)

When we got out of the car at the park, we saw this pretty fellow...

    DSC01710

    And this albino one!

    DSC01713

    and...the female !

    DSC01714

Then we saw this ugly guy...

    DSC01716
he was going to town eating his lunch
    while this other one napped....
    DSC01718
haha...kind of looks like my hubby when he sleeps! Just kidding!!!

We also had to get a couple of "touristy" shots in....
    DSC01725cr
haha...Cindy standing with the cheesehead cow!

And...sitting in the Leinie Lounger after buying the sampler case for her hubby...
which I am sure that she will help him drink as well !

    DSC01727cr
She looks adorable! hahaha....I love it!
She also has one on her camera that a lady took of both of us in the chair.

Ah...fun time. I am so glad that you made the trip Cindy.
I look forward to meeting more of my Xanga friends in the future.

I also want to post this recipe real quick. Another new one that I tried & super easy. Perfect for summer time snacking...

    Gazpacho Dip

    3 tomatoes, diced
    3 avocados, pitted & diced
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 oz. can diced green chiles
    3 T. olive oil
    1 1/2 T. cider vinegar
    1 t. garlic salt
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
tortilla chips (the lime ones are delicious with this)

Combine tomatoes, avocadoes, onions & chiles in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips; drizzle over tomato mixture and toss gently.
Cover & chill.  Serve with chips.
    Makes about 6 cups.

That's all I have for now. Well, except for this bit of advice from nature...

    Hello friends & family!

Just 2 days left in July.... WHAT?  WHERE is the time going to?

I have had trouble getting on Xanga a few times. I also just found out that for some reason my new Google Chrome that I have uploaded & been using & enjoying is not compatible with the editor here? hmmm...it wouldn't let me put my pictures on here.   So much technology out there...it is hard to keep up with it all!

Not a whole lot going on here. Still not much  in the way of "summer" weather. In fact, right now it is 57 degrees & raining.  Now, if this was fall or spring, I would be saying that it is perfect weather. lol...

I am not looking forward to this afternoon. I have to bring in all 3 of the cats for their annual vet visit. The hardest  part is getting them all into their carriers.  They know some type of trip that they don't like is coming up when they see those cages! They usually wedge themselves up underneath the bed or some piece of furniture making it nearly impossible to get to them. Daughter is off today, which is why I scheduled it, as I can NOT do this alone!

Do you see those 2 colored orbs? I don't know what they were, but I really saw them in the sky...it was one of the days that it would pour rain, then the sun would come right out. I kept looking for a rainbow & instead found these!

The visitors in our yard have been a bit fewer here lately as we have a new neighbor building right next to us. (it is actually the old owner of our home...LONG story & we are hating it)

But anyway...here are some of my latest photos of my Northwoods friends...

I want that middle one on my table at Thanksgiving!

It is still strange to look out your window & see this many turkey outside!

We actually had a mamma deer & her baby in here last night. But it was too dark to get any pictures. It is so much fun watching the babies. They are so curious & just like a little kid with wonder in their eyes!

We also got a picture (not a great one because it was far off) on our game camera of one of the bear cubs.
Hubby downloaded it & I can't find it now...so I don't know where he put it! lol...it wasn't that great anyway, but still fun to get to see.

I got this from a friend & of course, HAD to share!

  • The final year....

Today I embark into my final year in my 40's.  I have to admit...I am not looking forward to next year when I will have to say that I am 50!
I am going to really enjoy & savor this final year of my 40's!

Once again, we are still having very UN-summer like conditions here. Windy, cool, rain. SICK OF IT!

Hubby has been in Minnesota , Deer River (I think) on a job that is just kicking off. He still is there in fact.  We are hoping that he will be home tomorrow night.

Daughter also left this morning with a group of friends to go to the cities. 2 of the girls who went are also having birthdays, so a group of them got together to spend the day at Mall of America & then on to a club tonight. They have a hotel room reserved & will stay overnight & then come home sometime tomorrow. I had to make her go. I told her that is what I wanted as my bd present as she felt bad that  she would not be here for my birthday. But I told her that was silly. I get to see her all the time!

We did go out yesterday, her & I. Went shopping & ate lunch at Olive Garden. So I got to celebrate with her then.
Then I will celebrate with hubby when he gets in. So not a bad deal. A nice long weekend of fun!

Time to share some pictures with you. These first two, I posted yesterday on my FB. They prompted  many  comments about how fat my cat really it! lol...

      DSC00251

    DSC00252

haha...he is HUGE! He does look like those fake cat pictures that you see on the internet.
His poor belly drags the floor when he walks!

I finally got a cute picture of Possey. Normally she has her eyes closed in all of the shots that I get.

    DSC00267

Daughter has really been cracking me up. She is really into the Disney Channel. She has bought a Jonas Brothers & a Demi Lovato CD. We were out shopping yesterday & we found this Hannah Montana dinnerware set that was on clearance. She oohed & aahed & after much ribbing & prompting by me we bought it!

    DSC00244

She is having a hard time of growing up...she wants to stay a kid forever...don't we all!
Of course, in our family...we all are (in mind & spirit!)

I had this little cutie come by for a visit yesterday morning...

After further inspection of this photo, I found the bird on the birdhouse that I also captured!

Ok...now a few of my birthday presents that I have gotten...

first this gorgeous orchid (I have never had one!)
This came from a very dear friend ; )

    The color is just beautiful!

Daughter gave me a Willow Tree angel to add to my collection...

    DSC00278
This one is called "Peace on earth". I LOVE it!
It is the first big one that I have gotten & also a colored one.

Here is my collection...I just love them all.

    DSC00280

Then I got this  piece of pottery from my in-laws...

    DSC00285
It is SO me, isn't it! It was made by a potter in Crested Butte, CO. which is where they are right now.
    I just love it!

I also got some bath & body washes & lotions from my parents. A girl can't have too many of those!

Then of course, I have been using my new camera that hubby bought me & am also expecting that new laptop!!!!

    I am blessed.
Now if Mother Nature would just bless me with a little bit of summer weather so I can get some fishing in,  my life would be complete! haha....

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

    Zany hugs to you ...xoxo
